Dirk Nowitzki Girlfriend Was A Sheep In A Disguise

The press has had a field day with Dirk Nowitzki girlfriend news. Dirk is trying to keep quiet about the whole matter but the fact of the matter is no one else is feeding into his silence.

Apparently Dirk Nowitzki whom is a Dallas Mavericks star was actually dating a woman by the name of Cristal Taylor. Taylor is honestly nothing special; she is simply an ordinary woman that has been seen around the star from time to time.

Nowitzki was head over heels for 37 year old Taylor. He proposed to her with a $250, 000 ring. The couple was supposed to tie the knot in the near future. However it seems after the star had asked Taylor to marry him a lot of skeltons began to seep from the woman’s closet.

All of Dirk’s friends had persistently told him that before he made the relationship official with engaging in a marriage with Taylor he needed to do some investigating on the woman and dig into her past. Taylor never spoke of anything that she had done before meeting the star, so obviously this was a good move.

Veteran Pointguard Jason Williams Returns To NBA Action

Posted in Basketball on September 11th, 2010 by Ross Everett – Be the first to comment

Veteran point guard Jason Williams is returning to the NBA after a season away from basketball. Williams announced that hes re-entering the league this season, and will do so in an Orlando Magic uniform. Williams is tentatively slated to be the backup for starting playmaker Jameer Nelson.

Williams signed a one year NBA contract to play for the Los Angeles Clippers in 2008, but walked away from it without playing a game wanting to spend time with his wife and family. His attempt to be reinstated late in the season was rebuffed by the NBA, and he ended up sitting out the entire campaign.

When the Clippers relinquished their rights to Williams earlier this summer, he became an unrestricted free agent. Ultimately, he settled on Orlando due to its proximity to his home in nearby Isleworth, Florida and the role the Magic wanted him to play on a championship contender. Magic General Manager Otis Smith provided these comments on the signing:

“Jason provides depth and leadership to our backcourt. He is a veteran point guard that knows what it takes to help us reach our ultimate goal.”

Landing Carlos Arroyo: Boston or Chicago?

Posted in Basketball on September 10th, 2009 by Albie Cunningham – Be the first to comment

Earlier this year, we watched the start of a battle going on concerning the Celtics and the Chicago Bulls. The 2 franchises opposed each other in the first round of the NBA playoffs for an extraordinary playoff series, reaching seven overtimes in seven games, and the spark was there.

It was a showdown based around point guards. The Celts possessed Rajon Rondo, 23 years old , averaging virtually a triple-double a night and leading a Celtics team hurt by physical issues and forced to go tiny. Chicago had Derrick Rose, 20, experiencing a major series in the early years of his existence. A first timer surrounded by veterans, Rose played with poise out of his years.

Now, 4 months have gone by, and the two organizations still have a rivalry based on point guards.

The man in question is Carlos Arroyo. The 30-year-old career bench guard played 8 seasons in the American basketball scene between 2001 and 2008; he later left and relocated to Israel, reaching a one-season deal with Maccabi Tel Aviv. Currently, after a year away, Arroyo wants back into the NBA.
